Criminal Law

Defence and representation of victims from the first police call to the final judgment, confidentially and without delay.

A lawyer preparing a defence in criminal proceedings.

In criminal proceedings the first hours often decide the outcome. I am available from the first call by the police or the prosecutor and build the defence from the very start.

I defend the accused at every stage of the proceedings and represent victims who want their rights protected.

What it covers

  • Defence in pre-investigation proceedings
  • Defence during the investigation
  • Representation before the court
  • Representation of injured parties
  • Criminal complaints
  • Ordinary and extraordinary legal remedies
  • Compensation proceedings

How I work

I attend the questioning, study the case file and check the lawfulness of every action and every piece of evidence. At trial I propose evidence and examine witnesses, and when a decision is wrong I file the appropriate remedies.

Worth knowing

A suspect has the right to a lawyer and the right not to give a statement without one present. Do not sign a record or give a statement before speaking to a lawyer.

A defence begins in the first hours, not in the courtroom.
