Misdemeanour Law
Penalty notices, traffic and business offences, with defence before the misdemeanour court.

An offence looks like a trifle until a heavy fine, a business ban or a lost licence arrives. I help assess those consequences in time and avoid them when there are grounds to.
I represent individuals, sole traders and responsible persons in companies, from the penalty notice to an appeal to the higher court.
What it covers
- Defence in misdemeanour proceedings
- Traffic offences
- Commercial and tax offences
- Offences committed by legal entities and responsible persons
- Requests for judicial review
- Appeals against misdemeanour decisions
- Enforcement of misdemeanour sanctions
How I work
I check whether the facts were established correctly, whether the procedure was lawful and whether the limitation period has expired. In court I propose evidence, and when a decision is wrong I appeal it.
Worth knowing
A penalty notice must be challenged within a short time of receipt, or it becomes final. Do not ignore a notice even when it seems plainly unfounded.
A small case can have large consequences.
