Contract Law
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts that stay clear even when the deal goes off plan.

A contract is written for the day things go wrong. That is why I pay particular attention to deadlines, liability, termination and how disputes are resolved.
I draft and review contracts for individuals and companies, and take part in negotiations when needed.
What it covers
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Negotiating contractual terms
- Sale and purchase agreements
- Lease agreements
- Works and services agreements
- Business cooperation agreements
- Contract termination and damages
How I work
Before drafting I discuss the purpose of the deal and the risks you want to avoid, so the text reflects the real agreement rather than a generic template. When a contract comes from the other side, I point out unfavourable terms and propose changes.
Worth knowing
For some contracts the law requires a special form, such as writing or certification by a notary. A contract without the required form may have no effect, whatever the parties agreed.
The best contract is one nobody has to interpret in court.
