Inheritance Law
Probate, wills and disputes between heirs, with help that takes the paperwork off the family at a difficult time.

Probate usually begins when the family is at its lowest. I take on the most tiring part: the documents, the deadlines and the dealings with the court or the notary.
I also help those who want to arrange their estate in advance, by will or by contract, so that the people they leave behind avoid disputes.
What it covers
- Probate proceedings
- Drafting wills
- Lifetime support agreements
- Agreements on the transfer and distribution of property
- Establishment of inheritance rights
- Contesting a will
- Disputes between heirs
How I work
I explain to the heirs the statutory order of inheritance and their options: accepting, renouncing or assigning the inheritance. Where possible, I propose a division agreement within the probate itself, and when a dispute arises over a will or the reserved share, I represent you in court.
Worth knowing
A will is valid only if it is made in the prescribed form, and the closest relatives may still be entitled to a reserved share. That is best discussed before the will is written.
A well-arranged estate protects both the property and the family.
