Commercial Law
Company formation, relations between founders, contracts with partners and commercial disputes, with advice tied to the real business goal.

A business owner needs more than someone who reads regulations. They need someone who understands deadlines, costs and risk, so I always tie the legal answer to what the company wants to achieve.
I work with entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized companies and investors, from formation and registration to contracts with partners and representation in disputes.
What it covers
- Company formation and registration
- Corporate changes and restructuring
- Contracts and corporate governance
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Legal support for investments
- Commercial agreements and distribution
- Resolution of commercial disputes
How I work
I guide the company through its founding documents, agreements between members and corporate changes, and in day-to-day work I review contracts, advise on debt collection and represent it before the commercial court.
Worth knowing
Most disputes between founders arise because management, exit and profit sharing were not agreed at the start. That is easiest to settle while the partners still trust each other.
In business the cheapest dispute is the one a good contract prevented.
