Family Law
Divorce, children, maintenance and marital property, handled calmly and discreetly, with the children always first.

A family case is never only a legal dispute. It involves children, a home and relationships that go on after the case ends, so I choose every step so that it does no more harm than it must.
I first talk with the client about what really matters to them: where the children will live, how costs will be shared, what happens to the home. Only then do we choose between an agreement and court.
What it covers
- Divorce and annulment
- Exercise and allocation of parental rights
- Establishment and contesting of paternity and maternity
- Child and spousal maintenance
- Regulation of parent-child contact
- Division of marital property
- Protection measures against domestic violence
How I work
Where possible, I draft a divorce agreement the court can accept without a long process. Where not, I run the lawsuit, gather evidence of income and the child's needs and, if necessary, ask for interim measures while the case lasts.
Worth knowing
Decisions on maintenance and contact can be changed later when circumstances change significantly. Keep receipts and proof of the child's expenses, because they decide such requests.
The best outcome of a family dispute is one the children can grow up with in peace.
