Employment Law
Dismissals, wages, employment contracts and labour disputes, for employees and employers alike.

For an employee a job is the family's security, and for an employer it is the stability of the business. When a problem arises between them, the most valuable advice is the one given before a dispute starts.
I represent employees facing dismissal, unpaid wages and pressure at work, and I prepare contracts, policies and decisions for employers that can stand up in court.
What it covers
- Employment contracts and related documentation
- Employer policies and general acts
- Termination of employment
- Disciplinary proceedings
- Compensation for employment-related damages
- Workplace harassment and discrimination
- Representation in labour disputes
How I work
I first read the contract, the decision and the correspondence and check whether the procedure was followed. If there is room for agreement, I negotiate; if not, I start a labour dispute or represent you in one already under way.
Worth knowing
The deadline to challenge a dismissal runs from the day you received the decision. Keep the decision and the envelope it came in and get in touch at once, while every option is still open.
A lawful procedure protects both the employee and the employer.
