Property Law Relations
Ownership, co-ownership, possession and easements, with solutions that protect your right without needless conflict with neighbours and relatives.

Property disputes usually arise between people who are close to each other: siblings, neighbours, co-owners of the same house. The aim is to protect the right while leaving room to live alongside the other side after the judgment.
I advise and represent owners and co-owners when a right is challenged, when property is divided and when someone interferes with the use of what is yours.
What it covers
- Establishment and protection of ownership rights
- Interference with possession
- Division of co-owned property
- Regulation of relations between co-owners
- Real and personal easements
- Acquisition of ownership by adverse possession
- Negatory and recovery claims
How I work
I start a case by checking the documents: the property title, contracts, inheritance decisions and proof of possession. On that basis I propose a division by agreement or, when that is not possible, start court proceedings.
Worth knowing
A claim for interference with possession has a very short deadline, running from when you learn of the interference. If someone is obstructing your use of a property, photograph the situation and get in touch right away.
Orderly paperwork today is the cheapest protection against a dispute tomorrow.
